Best Practices for Church Activities

Hopefully, we will not see any more bad weather on a Sunday so we will not have to cancel church, again!

However, in a future bad weather situation involving an event at St. Mary's, we will try to send a message via email to parishioners of the potential for problems.

And, we will post an "official" statement on the web site advising everyone of our final decision to cancel the event or see it through.

With the December 2010 storm, after the decision to cancel church was made, we sought to make voice contact with our members, as well. Please check your e-mail for future warnings as a primary contact point.

Also - if your email address has changed, please get the new address to Jim Cran at 651.459.5668 so he can update your records. This will ensure propering email addressing will be used in future group-wide messages.
